We retain a pool of operational specialists—including finance professionals, analysts, and project support—who can engage directly with portfolio companies and management teams as needed. This flexible resource pool allows us to support companies in bridging short-term needs, managing peak workloads, and accelerating workstreams around key milestones.

We also make this support available during deal preparation. For companies we are actively engaged with, this can reduce the operational burden of data room preparation, document review, and diligence coordination—ensuring management stays focused on running the business.
