Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction 

Welcome to AIV Capital (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at www.aivcp.com and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have breached these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.


14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


16. Waiver

No failure or delay by AIV Capital in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power, or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof.


17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIV Capital regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements.
